WHAT IS THE SHIPPING POLICY?
Shipping is FREE for all orders placed within Canada and the USA, with the exception of remote areas such as NT, YT, and NU, where additional delivery time and shipping surcharges may be assessed.
We believe that your online shopping experience should be as efficient and hassle-free as possible. All orders received through LAMARQUECollection.COM will be shipped on the next business day from when the order is received unless it is made to order. You will be notified by email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships or is released from customes for orders shipping to the USA.
Packages are shipped from the LAMARQUE head office in Montreal or from our New York warehouse. In Canada, we ship with CANPAR. Shipments in United States are sent via UPS Ground. Normal shipping time is 3-7 business days. If you would like Express shipping 2-4 business days it’s available for 25$.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES OR IMPORT TAXES?
All Duties and import taxes are included in the price.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
We ship to most international countries. If you are unable to place your order, please contact us at customercare@LAMARQUECollection.com and we will advise you as to whether or not we can ship to your location.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
Orders shipped outside of the U.S. and Canada may be subject to duties or VAT. Please consult your local customs agency for more information. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees upon receiving your order. Please note that some shipments may experience delays due to the customs clearance process, which are outside of our control.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We are confident that you will be more than satisfied with your LAMARQUE purchase. If you are not, please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order. If there is a sizing or fit problem we offer hassle free exchanges.
All items returned must be in their original condition and in the original packaging. Returns will be credited within 7 business days of receipt.
Refunds will be issued by the same means that payment was made (if possible).
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LEATHER GOODS?
All of our leathers come pretreated to ensure their durability and longevity. If you would like to know more about caring for your leather goods read our section on How to Care for Leather.
WHAT CAN I DO IF I’M LOOKING FOR A SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR AN ITEM THAT IS OUT OF STOCK?

I’VE RECEIVED A COUPON CODE. HOW DO I REDEEM A LAMARQUE COUPON CODE?
We sometimes issue coupon codes for special offers and discounts. You might find a coupon code in our email campaigns, on social media, or at promotional events. Coupon codes can be entered at the checkout page.
Coupon codes are for one time use only and we reserve the right to suspend their usage at any moment.
I BOUGHT SOMETHING BUT NOW IT’S ON SALE, CAN I GET A REFUND/DISCOUNT?
If you buy an item which later goes on sale, we will honor the discount for up to 7 days after the purchase date. We will offer you the difference in store credit redeemable for up to 6 months.
