- All items discounted 60% or more are considered final sale.
- We offer free returns for the Continental USA and Canada, with the exception of AK, NT, YT and NU.
- You have 14 days to decide whether or not to keep your purchase.
- All bodysuits are considered final sale for hygienic purposes.
- If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue you a return authorization form along with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
- Please provide the proof of purchase or your order number with your return or exchange requests.
- Please allow 14 business days from when the shipment arrives at our shipping facility in Champlain New York for the package to cross the border and arrive in Montreal.
- A maximum of 2 exchanges per order will be accepted.
- Items to be returned or exchanged must be clean, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with the original tags attached.
- We will refund shipping for any faulty item(s) returned to us that are clean and unused. We are unable to accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty and we will be unable to refund any shipping charges until the item(s) are confirmed as faulty.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A $15 restocking fee per order (not per item) will be deducted from your total refund.
- Orders to non-covered rural areas are not eligible for free returns.
We offer our customers a price adjustment if the requirements below are met:
- The item must have been purchased within the last 14 days
- The item must still be available on our website in the style and size that you bought
- Price adjustments can only be applied once per style
- Offers and promotions cannot be combined.
If all the above criteria have been met, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and a screenshot of the item and we will refund the difference onto the original method of payment.
