Shipping & Returns



SHIPPING

  • For orders over $250, shipping is FREE within Continental USA and Canada (with the exception of AK, NT, YT, and NU, where additional shipping surcharges may be charged).
  • For orders under $250, shipping is a flat fee of $15 within Continental USA and Canada.  
  • P.O. boxes are not accepted as shipping addresses. 
  • We do not ship to Russia.
  • We do not ship to Military bases.
  • If the delivery cannot be completed and is returned to the sender, a $15 restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund.
  • All deliveries require a signature.
  • If the recipient refuses delivery of their order for any reason, they will be responsible for re-shipping fees, duties & taxes.
  • We are not responsible for packages that may become lost or damaged in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages with the provided tracking number with the courrier. 
  • We require that you select a secure delivery address where someone is able to receive your package directly.
  • If you have entered the wrong shipping address on your order, the responsibility is with the customer to locate the package.
  • Please enter a valid mobile number and email address in order to receive shipping updates and so that our customer service team can contact you  in the event of any order inquiries or issues. 
  • Orders to locations in rural areas may be subject to additional fees. 
  • Please note that during peak sale periods such as Black Friday or Boxing Day, processing times may vary.
  • All warehouse sale or sample sale purchases are FINAL.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING/ DUTIES & TAXES 

    • Duties, taxes and tariffs are subject to payment by the customer upon delivery. 
    • Shipping to European countries in covered shipping zones is a flat fee of $30 for all orders.
    • International orders (outside of North America) are not eligible for free shipping & returns. All shipping & duties costs are to be paid by the customer. To obtain an estimate of the total cost, please email customercare@lamarquecollection.com
    • Duties are not eligible for refund. 
    • A $15 restocking fee per order (not per item) will be deducted from your total refund. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • All items discounted 60% or more are considered final sale.
  • We offer free returns for the Continental USA and Canada, with the exception of AK, NT, YT and NU.
  • You have 14 days to decide whether or not to keep your purchase. 
  • All bodysuits are considered final sale for hygienic purposes. 
  • If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email customercare@lamarquecollection.com and we will issue you a return authorization form along with a return shipping label and detailed instructions. 
  • Please provide the proof of purchase or your order number with your return or exchange requests. 
  • Please allow 14 business days from when the shipment arrives at our shipping facility in Champlain New York for the package to cross the border and arrive in Montreal. 
  • A maximum of 2 exchanges per order will be accepted.
  • Items to be returned or exchanged must be clean, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with the original tags attached. 
  • We will refund shipping for any faulty item(s) returned to us that are clean and unused. We are unable to accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty and we will be unable to refund any shipping charges until the item(s) are confirmed as faulty.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A $15 restocking fee per order (not per item) will be deducted from your total refund. 
  • Orders to non-covered rural areas are not eligible for free returns.


PROMOTIONS POLICY

We offer our customers a price adjustment if the requirements below are met:

  • The item must have been purchased within the last 14 days
  • The item must still be available on our website in the style and size that you bought
  • Price adjustments can only be applied once per style
  • Offers and promotions cannot be combined.

If all the above criteria have been met, please email us at customercare@lamarquecollection.com with your order number and a screenshot of the item and we will refund the difference onto the original method of payment.
