Shipping & Returns

1. SHIPPING

  • ​We offer free shipping and returns for the continental USA and Canada with the exception of remote areas such as AK, NT, YT, and NU, where additional delivery time and shipping surcharges may be assessed. 
  • Shipments outside of the Continental U.S.A. and Canada are subject to international shipping surcharges, including Puerto Rico, Guam, Hawaii, and Alaska as well as remote areas such as NT, YT, and NU, where additional delivery time and shipping charges are required.
  • If the delivery cannot be completed a $15 handling and restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund.


2. EXCHANGE / RETURN

  • You have 14 days to decide whether or not to keep your purchase. If you would like to return or exchange any item, please email CUSTOMERCARE@LAMARQUECOLLECTION.COM and we will issue you a return authorization and detailed instructions by the next business day. 
  • Please provide the proof of purchase or your order number with your return or exchange requests and allow 10 business days from shipment for the return to arrive and your refund or exchange to process. 
  • Items to be returned or exchanged must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with the original tags attached with the plastic logo seal. 
  • We will refund shipping for any faulty item(s) returned to us that are clean and free from excessive use.
  • We are unable to accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty and we will be unable to refund any shipping charges until the item(s) are confirmed as faulty.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and that iItem(s) marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned for an exchange, refund, or a credit and a $15 restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund for all returned items.
