SHIPPING POLICY

Complimentary shipping is offered for all orders over $250 within the Continental USA and Canada. For orders under $250, a shipping fee of $15 will be added to your order. 

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order, and an additional 3-5 business days for delivery. Please note that during peak periods such as Black Friday and Boxing Day, shipping delays may occur.

All orders require an adult signature upon delivery. 

For security reasons, P.O. boxes are not accepted as shipping addresses. 

If the delivery cannot be completed and the undelivered, unopened order is returned to us, a $15 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we're here to help. Simply contact us or start your exchange or return within 14 days of the delivery date via our Return Portal. 

All items discounted 60% or more are considered final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All warehouse sale or sample sale purchases are considered as final sale.

In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached. All swimwear must be returned in new and unused condition with the hygienic liner still in place. Due to the intimate nature of these items, we recommend wearing underwear when trying them on. Any returned swimwear missing the hygienic liner, or in otherwise worn condition, will not be accepted or eligible for a refund or exchange. All bodysuits are considered final sale. 

Once we've received your return and checked that everything's in order, we'll refund your full order amount, minus a $15 restocking fee. Returns can take up to 14 business days from the time they arrive at our warehouse to receive, inspect and process.

Shipping charges paid on orders under $250 are non-refundable.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

International (outside of North America) shipping costs will be calculated and charged at checkout. International customers are responsible for all local import taxes, duties and clearance fees.

To initiate an international exchange or return, please input your order number here within 14 days of delivery of your order. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. 

Flat rate return shipping fees will be deducted from the merchandise subtotal as follows:

Europe	$55 USD
Rest of World	$60 USD

Please note that a $15 restocking fee will also be deducted from your total refund.
